Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih adanya kesenjangan antara standar keselamatan dan perilaku mahasiswa dalam kegiatan akademik maupun praktik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh budaya keselamatan terhadap perilaku keselamatan, pengaruh budaya keselamatan terhadap kesadaran keselamatan, pengaruh kesadaran keselamatan terhadap perilaku keselamatan, serta peran mediasi kesadaran keselamatan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain potong lintang. Seluruh 92 mahasiswa aktif Program Diploma Tiga Manajemen Bandar Udara dan Teknik Listrik Bandara dijadikan responden melalui teknik sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala lima tingkat dan dianalisis dengan pemodelan persamaan struktural berbasis kuadrat terkecil parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya keselamatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keselamatan dan kesadaran keselamatan. Kesadaran keselamatan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keselamatan serta memediasi sebagian pengaruh budaya keselamatan terhadap perilaku keselamatan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan budaya dan kesadaran keselamatan diperlukan untuk membentuk perilaku keselamatan mahasiswa secara berkelanjutan.
