Pengembangan Kompetensi Multidisiplin Dalam Industri Penerbangan: Analisis Yuridis Terhadap Peluang Kewirausahaan Berkelanjutan

Abstract

Industri penerbangan telah mengalami perubahan signifikan dengan meningkatnya tuntutan regulasi, kemajuan teknologi, dan persyaratan keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini menganalisis aspek yuridis yang mempengaruhi pengembangan kompetensi multidisiplin dalam industri penerbangan Indonesia dan mengidentifikasi peluang kewirausahaan berkelanjutan. Menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, studi ini memeriksa regulasi penerbangan, standar kompetensi, dan kerangka pengembangan bisnis. Temuan mengungkapkan kesenjangan regulasi dalam mendukung kompetensi multidisiplin dan mengidentifikasi peluang kewirausahaan dalam pengembangan bahan bakar penerbangan berkelanjutan, layanan pelatihan, teknologi pemeliharaan, dan program sertifikasi. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan kolaboratif antara regulator, akademisi, dan pemangku kepentingan industri sangat penting untuk mengembangkan kerangka kompetensi komprehensif yang selaras dengan standar internasional sambil mendukung kewirausahaan berkelanjutan di sektor penerbangan Indonesia.
