Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tantangan dan strategi pendidikan di tengah krisis global yang berdampak luas terhadap keberlangsungan sistem pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi literatur yang mencakup laporan organisasi internasional, data pemerintah, dan hasil penelitian terdahulu. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa krisis global, seperti pandemi COVID-19, memunculkan berbagai tantangan: keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi, kesenjangan sosial-ekonomi, dampak psikologis terhadap guru dan siswa, serta ketidaksiapan kurikulum dan kebijakan pendidikan. Strategi yang diidentifikasi meliputi penguatan infrastruktur digital, peningkatan kapasitas guru, pengembangan kurikulum fleksibel, layanan dukungan psikososial, kolaborasi multisektor, dan penguatan tata kelola pendidikan. Studi kasus Indonesia mengilustrasikan bagaimana berbagai kebijakan seperti program “Merdeka Belajar” berperan dalam menjawab tantangan, meskipun masih menghadapi kendala lapangan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendidikan yang tangguh memerlukan sinergi semua pihak dan kebijakan berkelanjutan agar tetap adaptif dalam menghadapi krisis global di masa depan.
