Abstract

Abstract: The Literature Review article on the Effect of Entrepreneurial Spirit on Entrepreneurial Motivation and Interest is a research article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence of inter-variables which can later be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing this literature review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this literature review article include: 1) Entrepreneurial Spirit influences Entrepreneurial Motivation; 2) Entrepreneurial Spirit influences the Interest in Entrepreneurship; and 3) Entrepreneurial Motivation influences Entrepreneurial Interest. Apart from the exogenous variables above that influence the endogenous variables of Motivation and Interest in Entrepreneurship, there are other factors which include: Income expectations, Entrepreneurial knowledge, Personal independence, Family environment and Creativity.

Abstrak: Artikel Literature Review Pengaruh Jiwa Kwirausahaan terhadap Motivasi dan Minat Berwirausaha merupakan suatu artikel penelitian yang bertujuan dalam membangun hipotesis riset pengaruh antar variabel yang nantinya dapat digunakan pada riset selanjutnya, dalam ruang lingkup Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Metode penulisan artikel literature review ini yaitu dengan metode library research, yang bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya. Hasil artikel literature review ini antara lain: 1) Jiwa Kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Berwirausaha; 2) Jiwa Kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap Minat Berwirausaha; dan 3) Motivasi Berwirausaha berpengaruh terhadap Minat Berwirausaha. Selain dari variabel exogen diatas yang mempengaruhi variabel endogen Motivasi dan Minat Berwirausaha, terdapat faktor lain diantaranya meliputi: Ekspetasi pendapatan, Pengetahuan kewirausahaan, Kemandirian pribadi, Lingkungan keluarga dan Kreativitas.
