Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keterampilan sosial dan literasi digital terhadap kinerja lembaga desa. Lembaga desa berperan penting dalam mengelola ekonomi, budaya, dan lingkungan, namun kinerjanya sering terhambat oleh keterbatasan kapasitas aparatur. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain explanatory research. Populasi penelitian adalah aparatur dan pengelola lembaga desa, dan sampel dipilih secara purposive. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur yang mengukur keterampilan sosial, literasi digital, dan kinerja lembaga desa menggunakan skala Likert 1-5. Analisis dilakukan dengan SEM-PLS menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan sosial dan literasi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja lembaga desa. Keterampilan sosial mendukung kerja sama dan partisipasi warga, sementara literasi digital meningkatkan efisiensi, akses informasi, dan promosi potensi desa. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi strategis untuk pengembangan kapasitas aparatur guna mendukung pembangunan desa yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif.
