Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dengan desain penelitian eksplanatori (uji hipotesis) dengan pendekatan kausalitas untuk menjelaskan sebab akibat (pengaruh) antar variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis . Variabel penelitian ini adalah manajemen rantai pasok, integrasi rantai pasok, budaya organisasi, dan kinerja perusahaan. Data penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif yang berupa kuesioner dan wawancara. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan PLS 3 untuk software statistik. Model SEM digunakan untuk menganalisis model struktural dan hubungan struktural antara variabel terukur dan variabel laten. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara langsung supply chain management, supply chain integrasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Hasil pengaruh secara tidak langsung menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung antara variabel supply chain management terhadap kinerja perusahaan dengan budaya organisasi sebagai variabel intervening. Namun tidak terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung supplay chain integrasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan dengan budaya organisasi sebagai variabel intervening.
