Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong penerapan sistem e-commerce berbasis syariah di berbagai sektor bisnis, termasuk industri busana Muslim. Yukshijab Pasuruan merupakan salah satu toko yang telah mengadopsi e-commerce syariah untuk meningkatkan kinerja bisnisnya. Penelitian ini menyoroti bagaimana prinsip-prinsip etika dalam transaksi digital memengaruhi perilaku konsumen dan keberlanjutan bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan e-commerce syariah dalam meningkatkan penjualan, kepuasan pelanggan, dan loyalitas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan tiga karyawan Yukshijab serta pemilik toko untuk memperoleh data penjualan. Data untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui wawancara langsung dengan karyawan, pemilik toko, dan pelanggan Yukshijab Pasuruan. Data sekunder terdiri dari data penjualan (baik offline maupun online) dan umpan balik pelanggan. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah dua karyawan toko Yukshijab, satu pemilik toko Yukshijab, dan seluruh 108 pelanggan Yukshijab Pasuruan dari tahun 2021 hingga 2025. Penerapan e-commerce yang sesuai syariah di Yukshijab telah meningkatkan penjualan dan memperluas basis pelanggan. Tingkat kepuasan pelanggan yang tinggi diamati, terutama karena pendekatan toko yang jujur, transparan, dan komunikatif. Hal ini telah menyebabkan peningkatan loyalitas pelanggan, yang tercermin dalam pembelian berulang. Namun, sejumlah kecil pelanggan menyatakan ketidakpuasan terkait keterlambatan pengiriman, yang menyoroti peran penting mitra logistik dalam menjaga kualitas layanan.
