Abstract

Determinasi Komunikasi Internal, Pengembangan Karir, Burnout, dan Self-Efficacy  terhadap Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja pegawai adalah artikel studi pustaka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi internal, pengembangan karir, burnout, dan self-efficacy terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja tenaga medis honorer di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Objek riset yaitu menggunakan pustaka online, google shoolar, dan media akademik lainya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan literature review (library risearch) bersumber dari jurnal ilmiah terpublikasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini komunikasi internal, pengembangan karir, burnout, self efficacy secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap motivasi dan kinerja pegawai medis. Motivasi kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh komunikasi internal, pengembangan karir, burnout, self efficacy terhadap kinerja pegawai medis.
