Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh kepemimpinan transaksional, kolaborasi, dan penguasaan teknologi terhadap kompetensi dosen dengan motivasi sebagai variabel intervening. Dengan metode literatur riview, pembahasan ini menemukan bahwa ketiga faktor tersebut berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dosen. Motivasi dosen berfungsi sebagai penghubung yang memperkuat pengaruh kepemimpinan transaksional, kolaborasi, dan penguasaan teknologi terhadap kompetensi dosen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang mendukung motivasi, seperti melalui kepemimpinan yang efektif dan fasilitas teknologi yang memadai, dapat meningkatkan kinerja dosen dalam pengajaran dan riset. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi pengelola perguruan tinggi dalam merancang kebijakan pengembangan dosen yang lebih efektif.
