Abstract

Artikel ini meneliti dan membahas peran otomatisasi gudang dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional perusahaan dengan menggunakan teknologi Warehouse Management System (WMS) untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional perusahaan. Dengan menggunakan sistem berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI) dan Internet of Things (IoT), dipastikan bahwa penggunaan sistem otomatisasi gudang dapat meningkatkan keakuratan data, mengurangi kesalahan proses dalam rantai pasok yang disebabkan oleh manusia, mempercepat proses pengemasan dan pendistribusian yang nantinya akan menekan biaya operasional dan logistik perusahaan. Selain itu, penerapan teknologi ini juga dapat membantu perusahaan menjadi lebih fleksibel dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan pasar yang terus berubah.
