Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana kompetensi entrepreneurial (entrepreneurial competence) dan pengalaman berwirausaha (entrepreneurial experience) dosen mempengaruhi keterlibatan (engagement) serta niat (intention) berwirausaha mahasiswa dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi entrepreneurial dosen memberikan dampak positif bagi keterlibatan dan niat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Pengalaman praktis dosen dalam dunia usaha juga terbukti menjadi contoh nyata yang mendorong mahasiswa untuk lebih aktif dan memiliki minat dalam kegiatan wirausaha. Keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam kegiatan wirausaha juga berperan sebagai jembatan yang menghubungkan pembelajaran dengan niat untuk memulai usaha. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan masukan berharga untuk pengembangan program kewirausahaan di institusi pendidikan tinggi.
