Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital meningkatkan penggunaan e-wallet sebagai alat pembayaran non-tunai di Indonesia. Keputusan penggunaan e-wallet Dana dipengaruhi oleh inovasi teknologi, keamanan data, dan literasi keuangan digital. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mensintesis penelitian terdahulu guna merumuskan hipotesis mengenai pengaruh ketiga variabel tersebut terhadap keputusan penggunaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan kualitatif berdasarkan artikel ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi teknologi melalui kemudahan dan manfaat layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan penggunaan. Keamanan data meningkatkan kepercayaan dan rasa aman, sedangkan literasi keuangan digital memperkuat kemampuan pengambilan keputusan yang rasional. Temuan ini menjadi dasar perumusan hipotesis untuk penelitian empiris selanjutnya.
