Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman (SWOT) serta menentukan strategi peningkatan kualitas pendidikan tinggi di Universitas XYZ melalui pendekatan Strategic Position and Action Evaluation (SPACE). Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan data internal Universitas XYZ dan literatur terkait. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Universitas XYZ memiliki kekuatan pada reputasi global, tata kelola modern, dan infrastruktur digital yang maju, namun masih menghadapi tantangan dalam efisiensi birokrasi dan kemandirian pendanaan. Analisis SPACE menempatkan Universitas XYZ pada posisi strategi agresif dengan fokus pada ekspansi internasional, diversifikasi pendanaan, transformasi digital, dan peningkatan SDM akademik
